- Sample Type: Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab.
- Target genes: SARS CoV 2 N1 and N2 regions of Nucleocapsid genes.
- Human extraction control RNaseP gene.
- Two different Channels: FAM™ for the SARS CoV 2 and the RNAseP (HEC) is detected in the HEX/VIC channel.
- Components: PCR master mix, positive and negative controls.
