• Interphase: Contains DNA
• Organic Phase: Contains proteins

RNA is precipitated from the aqueous phase with isopropanol, completing the protocol in approximately one hour. DNA and protein isolation can be completed in less than three hours, making the process both time-efficient and effective. TRI Reagent can be stored at room temperature, adding to its convenience.
